Sending and receiving documentation to and from departments, staff and other hospitals. Liaising with other departments/ staff to obtain / deliver information relating to patients and department management. Ensuring correct personal details of the patient are on all patient documentation. Ensuring correct personal details for staff are recorded on documentation. Maintain and update Medway as necessary.
