The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a permanent Ward Manager for The Limes, a 17-bed unit in Portsmouth dedicated to patients with dementia and functional illness. The ideal candidate should possess experience in Older People's Mental Health (OPMH) and demonstrate strong leadership and management skills. The role involves overseeing the inpatient nursing team, ensuring high standards of care, effective team management, recruitment, retention, and staff development.

Additionally, the Ward Manager will act as the clinical lead, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to respond to patient needs while ensuring robust clinical documentation and governance processes are maintained.
