Are you a compassionate individual looking to make a meaningful impact? Trinity Hospice is seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our Hospice at Home Team in Blackpool, where you will provide essential care to patients and their families during their most difficult moments. Working 20 hours a week, primarily from 9pm to 8am, you will play a vital role in delivering hands-on support for those facing life-limiting conditions, all within the comfort of their own homes.

In this rewarding role, you’ll collaborate closely with our skilled Registered General Nurses and a compassionate team in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment. We’re looking for someone with at least three years’ experience in a healthcare setting and preferably community experience. Your outstanding communication skills and caring nature will be crucial as you help manage symptoms, provide practical support, and ensure that families feel informed and supported throughout their loved ones' journey. A full UK driving licence and a reliable car are essential, as you’ll need to travel between homes as needed.
