The role of Band 7 High Intensity CBT Therapist at Swindon Talking Therapies, part of the Avon & Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust, involves delivering high-quality psychological therapy primarily for anxiety and depression, in accordance with NHS protocols. Candidates must possess the NHS Talking Therapies High Intensity CBT Postgraduate Diploma and be accredited with the BABCP. This position includes responsibilities such as providing assessments and therapy, supervising team members, and participating in community mental health services, along with opportunities for professional development and regular supervision.
