Are you passionate about making a tangible impact on the lives of patients and their families during some of their most challenging times? St Leonard’s Hospice in York is seeking two dedicated Wellbeing Coordinators to join our compassionate Wellbeing & Outreach Team. In this role, you will play a vital part in expanding our palliative care services across diverse community groups, ensuring that we truly understand and meet the unique needs of those we serve.

As a Wellbeing Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include building strong connections with organisations and community groups to elevate awareness and accessibility of our services. Your experience in face-to-face support will enable you to provide empathetic and reliable assistance to individuals and families. If you pride yourself on being approachable, trustworthy, and able to juggle multiple priorities, we want to hear from you! A driving licence and your own car are essential for this community-focused role.
